Cultural Humility: From Awareness to Action

This presentation will unpack the concept of cultural humility and describe the utility of embracing this perspective and practice when promoting patient/consumer/worker centered care. A review of the Tervalon & Murray-Garcia framework and the research conducted by Foronda and colleagues will be presented. Participants will engage in small group work.

Attendees are eligible for 1.50 CE through the ANCC.
